Jake Forbes grew up working for his father in the auction business. At the age of 21, even before graduating from East Carolina University, Jake became a licensed auctioneer.
After gaining much experience from working for his father's auction company and from working as a conventional real estate broker for another firm in Edenton, Jake decided to open a United Country franchise in Perquimans County, North Carolina. United Country allows Jake the opportunity to pursue his passion for both real estate and auctioneering.
